They have a customer service you can email or call for questions
There are mentoring programs
There is also product-specific training

You have to get in touch with your sponsor to help you with the training and compensation plan. This means you have to rely on your sponsor A LOT, and I personally do not like having to rely on someone else for my business. I tried to sign up, I picked a sponsor, and I have yet to hear back from them after a week.

The point of multi-level marketing is to create a downline to make money for you. So when you get people to sign up with you (not easy), you become their sponsor. Then you can make money by making sales yourself or from your downline making sales. When you become someone’s sponsor, you are responsible for them and their success. You will only be as successful your work ethic. If you do not have time or dedication, this is not something you should do.

Is Amway A Scam?

NO! You can’t call the biggest, oldest, and most popular network marketing company a scam. However, there are many people calling it a scam because they were unhappy with the MLM structure. It is one of the most difficult ways to create an income, but some people are good at it. You will have to do A LOT of HARD work to get where you want to be with the company. Many people do not have the proper marketing skills, and find it hard to communicate with people.

The hardest part about Amway is trying to sell to your friends, family, and people you don’t know. The products are overpriced, which means even if someone likes the products they would turn away because they could get it cheaper somewhere else.

Like I said, there is a 95% failure rate when it comes to network marketing. I think it would be incredibly hard to be successful with Amway , especially for those who have absolutely NO marketing experience (it could take years for you to earn a substantial amount of money). Many people get tired of the meetings, cold calling, and prospecting, so they eventually quit because they do not see results quickly.

The thing that I hate the most is that there will be some sponsors that will not really help you, so you have to choose them carefully. Without good support you will not be successful.
